Netflix Watch Instantly Now Available For Mac Users
Netflix Watch Instantly is now available for Mac users like myself. Last night I watched the first 10 episodes of 30 Rock while I did some last minute web work before my trip to London. I know the service doesn’t have a lot of movies, or even a lot of good movies, but I definitely see the potential. About 50 of the films on my 360 film-filled queue are available instantly. You have to Opt-In to the Mac Beta program, download and install Microsoft Silverlight. So if you’re on a Mac and have a Netflix subscription, go check it out! (via /Film | Blogging the Reel World

SPO: I’m watching “Sherry Baby” right now on my MacBook Pro! This is some exciting stuff! And to add to the, “How can I get lazier festival”, on November 19th, I will be able to stream Netflix via my Xbox 360 (you must have a Gold Live account). I can see myself telling the young children of the world who never felt a pencil in their hands, “In my day, I had to wait 1 day to have dvd’s mailed to me.”
