Day 146: on and on

241.6 Not bad considering I didn’t walk yesterday. I did lift a bit, which I’ll do tonight as well. I need to buy new sneakers, mine are falling apart. I’m lifting 10 pounds, 15 reps, 3 ways. Next week, I’m going to lift 15 pounds, 10 reps, 3 ways. And then switch back the next week…. until someone who knows better tells me different.

Invest in yourself and go to a trainer. Proper form is key to progress and injury prevention. Also a trainer or training partner spots you so you can squeeze every last ounce of strength out.
